Just as we do with our fans, we provide our employees with access to Media, Merchandising, and Memories. For instance, our employees have immediate and user-friendly access to Media, such as our Culture & Strategy Playbooks. Employees are also given the opportunity to sample our Merchandising, like tickets, t-shirts, and discounted Piston’s gear. Lastly, we ensure our employees make plenty of Memories at the Palace, whether it be playing pickup basketball or attending a meet-and-greet with players or entertainers, employees are given the opportunity to enjoy life at PS&E.

The Come Together Foundation and Palace Sports & Entertainment are proud to support charitable organizations throughout the state of Michigan through the DTE 50/50 Payday Raffle program. During select DTE Music Theatre concerts, one lucky fan will win 50% of net raffle proceeds while the remainder of net proceeds are shared by the charity of the artist’s choice and the Come Together Foundation. The Come Together Foundation is dedicated to promoting leadership in the state of Michigan through volunteerism, youth athletics, and youth entertainment.

Levy Restaurants is the official concessionaire for Palace Sports and Entertainment. We manage and operate all of the concession stands at The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre, and Meadow Brook Music Festival. We are able to provide excellent customer service by using both part time employees as well as non-profit organizations. Our staff consists of over 250 part time employees, offering flexible scheduling and competitive wages. Contributions made to local Non-Profit Organizations participating in our ‘Fund-raising Programs’ total over 1.2 million dollars annually.
