KAREN A. PALECEK is a Co-Managing Member in the Phoenix Law Firm of Palecek & Palecek PLLC where she has 20 years of experience in the area of construction law and construction litigation. The majority of her construction clients are subcontractors and suppliers. However, she does represent general contractors and others connected with the construction industry. She graduated from the University of Dayton Cum Laude in 1983 and the ASU School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree in December of 1987.
