Description

Jennifer Kelly possesses experience in paleontological monitoring, salvage, fieldwork, project management, and report writing, as well as volunteering at the Page Museum at the La Brea Tar Pits. She additionally has previous field experience as a staff geologist in the geotechnical field. She received her M.S. in Geological Sciences from California State University Long Beach with an emphasis in Geochemistry. Jennifer has taught lab courses in paleontology and general geology, and also assisted with field mapping classes.

Barbara received her B.A. in 2009 at Gonzaga University in Spokane Washington with a double major in History and Spanish. She then completed a graduate level field school with the Utah State University, in Logan. She has monitoring experience on archaeological and paleontological projects, as well as both historic and prehistoric archaeology experience in the Humbolt-Toiyabe National Forest near Elko, Nevada. Her experience also includes work at the Smithsonian Institute and the US Park Service.

Mark Deering possesses extensive experience in both the Archaeological and Paleontological fields. He has been with Paleo Solutions since 2010 and is a skilled mentor in training technicians in artifact and fossil identification, sorting, and fossil preparation. He is also proficient at, and aids other employees with ArcView GIS and Spatial Analysis and Decision Assistance (SADA) Software. Mark produces maps and designs database models for inventory and mapping and has managed large systems with over 100,000 records and over 500,000 items.

Ms. Aron has fifteen years of professional experience in paleontology research, administrations, and management. Ms. Aron’s expertise is in Geology and she has a B.S. and M.S. (June 2007) in the Geological Sciences from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Her master’s is in Geological Sciences with an emphasis in Paleontology. Geraldine has taught geology and paleontology courses, and is responsible for maintaining the overall scientific integrity and oversight of all Paleo Solutions, Inc. projects.

Meghan Lamb has been working with Paleo Solutions since March 2011. She has a B.A. in Anthropology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, a Post-Baccalaureate in Forensic Identification from California State University, Chico and received her M.A. in March of 2011 at California State University, Los Angeles with a concentration in Forensic Anthropology. She is a member of the Register of Professional Archaeologists (RPA) in California. Her specialties include Human Osteology, Forensic Anthropology, Field Archaeology, and Skeletal Illustration.
