Frank received his B.S. in Accounting from John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio in 1974. Frank has over 29 years of experience in public accounting and banking. In 1983 the accounting firm was founded by Frank. Frank is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Pennsylvania Institute CPA’s.
