In addition to the capital raise, Options Media eliminated almost all of its debt and significantly strengthened its balance sheet. The net proceeds of the investment funds will be utilized as working capital to support the recent acquisition of Bluetooth advertising technology and mass SMS Text Messaging broadcast capabilities that allows for interactive SMS applications.
