Welcome! Palomar Christian Conference Center is located on 320 acres, 32 miles NE of Escondido CA, adjacent to the Palomar Mountain State Park. The camp was started in 1922 by the First Baptist Church of San Diego and incorporated into a non-denominational, non-profit Christian Camp and Conference Center in 1951. Since the very beginning, the desire of those involved with the camp has been to use the natural beauty of the mountains, the solitude of the trees, the peaceful streams and the clear mountain air, to draw men and women, boys and girls to new understanding of who God is.
