Panatek was founded in 1984 to provide sales representation in the Midwest for manufacturers of leading edge embedded computer boards and systems.

Jim Warsaw has responsibility for our St. Louis office, where he covers the southern tip of Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. Jim has a degree in mathematics and has held technical positions as well as direct sales and sales management positions in the computer industry. We are excited to have Jim with the company as he has lived in St. Louis for 16 years and knows the territory very well. Jim was a manufacturer’s representative in the past and has experience in multi-line product sales. He has been with the company for 6 years now.

For over 25 years, we have helped OEMs and end users find the board-level and system-level computer and I/O products they need.

We represent the top names in embedded computing over a ten-state region, stretching east to west from Illinois to Kansas, and north to south from Minnesota to Oklahoma. We are always open to speaking with other innovative industry leaders looking for representation in the area. While the past 25+ years have seen endless changes in the technology, we have never lost sight of our original mission ? we provide aggressive, professional, high-touch service to both the manufacturers we represent, and to the customers who look to us for the latest in embedded computer systems.

Ken Priebe is the founder of Panatek and is our primary sales representative in Illinois, Iowa, and portions of Wisconsin. He has been selling board level and industrial level system products since he founded the company in 1984. Prior to this, his experience was on the other side of the desk ? in purchasing, production control and general business management.
