About Panel Solutions, Inc. Panel Solutions, Inc. began in March of 1993 when Forbo Industries decided to divest itself of its panel manufacturing operation know as Vicracoustic, Inc. The business, intellectual property and physical assets were sold to a private owner. Operating as Panel Solutions, Inc., the present owners retain many of the core employees of Vicracoustic, Inc. This enables Panel Solutions, Inc. to provide customers with the same product, quality and service they had come to know for over 25 years. Panel Solutions retains no ties to the Forbo organization and is a totally independent organization.
