A key value that Panther brings to our customers is a talented and experienced engineering team, located both in Wixom, Michigan, and in Ningbo, China . Panther is completely involved in the design and development of the products we manufacture, leading to innovation and maximized value for customers. In addition to CAD design capabilities, Panther is fully capable of producing high quality prototypes and samples for early development and test of engines, as well as continued engineering support through the development and launch process. Panther's modern and state of the art manufacturing facility in Ningbo, China was awarded ISO 9001:2000 status in January of 2007 by internationally recognized registrar TUV CERT, the certification body of TUV Rheinland of Germany.
