We advise our corporate clients on issues ranging from the taxation of employee stock options to the proper treatment of subsidiary acquistion costs. Our tax return preparation department reviews on a monthly basis detailed accounting information provided to us by our corporate clients, makes tax planning recommendations and at year end prepares the appropriate federal and state corporate tax returns. We provide corporate tax planning and tax return services for the following types of entities: S Corporations – Form 1120S C Corporations – Form 1120 LLCs – Form 1120S or Form 1040, Schedule C
