The Pappathan Insurance Agency was established in 1962 by my father, Arthur Pappathan. I joined the agency in 1974, with my brother Chip Pappathan starting in 1986. My wife, Jeannie Pappathan, started with us in 2000 and in 2002 Rob Bertini (my son-in-law) and my daughter Jessica Pappathan also joined the agency. We represented a large national insurance company until 1995. In 1995 the business was incorporated as an independent insurance agency offering Auto, Home, Business and Life insurance through various “A ” rated companies which are primarily based in New England.
