Paradigm has fifteen years of experience in system design and development for health related systems. Additionally, Paradigm staff and principals have over 50 years of combined experience in education and health care.Biographical sketches are included below for the founder and officers of Paradigm. Staff, not listed below, are leaders in system implementation, training, documentation, software development, quality assurance, technical support and customer service.Our founder, Richard received a BS in nuclear engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a MBA from Harvard University. Prior to founding Paradigm he spent 10 years serving in the U.S. Navy and worked as a consultant for Bain & Company.
