Sherry has been in the dental profession for over 35 years. For 27 of those years she has worked with Dr. Tafoya as his dental assistant. Sherry is involved in the community as head organizer of the annual Kevin J. Murray Memorial fishing tournament, an event that has donated over $64,000 to her hometown and the Wayne Community Schools Foundation. She spends lots of her time outside of work with her three daughters Jennifer, Ashley, and Marissa and her three grandchildren Nathan, Maggie, and Kyler. For fun, Sherry keeps very active. She enjoys watching Nebraska football, tailgating with LSU friends at the College World Series, attending concerts, participating in charity fun runs like The Warrior Dash, Color Run, Dirty Girl Mud Run, and more. When she’s home, Sherry is often entertaining friends and family at her pool or working in her yard where she enjoys walking, gardening and landscaping. Sherry has three shitzu-poodles; Misha, Mooky, and Zeuss.

Tammy is Dr. Carter’s assistant here at Paragon. Tammy has been a dental assistant for over 11 years. She and her family moved to Nebraska from Alaska in 2005. Tammy and her husband have two sons, Michael and Thomas in elementary school.

At Paragon Dental we understand that you’re putting your trust in us, and we take that trust seriously. Your comfort and care are our main concern and our entire team is dedicated to making sure that your experience is top notch from start to finish. During your first appointment, you’ll meet with the dentist first to discuss your history, your questions, concerns and your goals to get to know you better and provide you with the best service. Then, you’ll meet with one of our wonderful hygienists for a gentle cleaning. She’ll also assess the health of your gums as well as offer recommendations on preventive care or repairing any signs of Gingivitis to stop it’s progression into serious problems.
