Paragon designs and manufactures prototype to production tooling in aluminum, steel, invar and composites for simple to complex aerospace parts. Paragon designs and manufactures fixtures (trim & drill, inspection, assembly, etc.) as well. We excel in compression tooling for composite parts. Paragon also machines and CMM inspects composite and metal parts including titanium and inconel.

Paragon has experience in working with all the major global automotive companies and has the CAD/CAM capabilities to handle almost any file format. The continuous investment in high quality, very efficient 5 axis equipment makes each project accurate, while allowing for machining efficiencies. With 50+ ton crane capacity and machines from 1 ft. to 52 ft. in length, Paragon is equipped to handle large and small projects.

Paragon has experience in a wide range of aerospace and defense projects. Machining X-Frames, building tooling for wing tips, tools for Nacelle skins and a variety of other forms of parts are all in Paragon’s wheelhouse.

Some of the finest machining equipment in North America is housed in this 165,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility. The Paragon team consists of over 210+ employees working a 24/7 7-shift schedule and using the latest 5-axis equipment and CAD systems.
