Tony Miller serves as Paramount's CFO as well as one of our Project Managers. Tony is a graduate of Lipscomb University and the Pepperdine University School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 1993. As an Assistant Attorney General, Tony represented the State of Tennessee in civil litigation and civil rights matters involving the Tennessee Department of Transportation and the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Tony's practice afforded him the opportunity to appear in both Federal and State courts throughout the State of Tennessee.

Tim Barnard serves as Senior Project Manager and Emergency Services Coordinator for Paramount Construction & Restoration LLC which he founded in 2003 with good friend Tony Miller. Tim began working in the construction services industry in the late 1980s. He and his wife moved from the Gulf Coast to Middle Tennessee in 1990 where Tim studied business at Belmont University. He has trained and worked in all facets of the construction industry, from trades work and sales, to advanced project management. Tim holds a General Contractors License for Commercial and Residential Construction.
