Howard Saslow brings more than 25 years of progressive work and responsibilities in the residential building community. Howard is truly an expert in delivering a home of the highest quality. His experience includes building several hundred homes through out the Maryland area. Howard was a Senior Project Manager responsible for the land development, construction and sales and marketing at prior positions with regional home builders in the area.

Robert A. Maggin is the founder and President of Paramount Construction, Inc. and has been in the building and real estate development business for over 20 years. Rob has also been a general partner in several real estate partnerships on the East Coast, developing & managing residential and commercial properties. He has earned a finance degree from the University of Maryland, a Masters degree in Commercial Real Estate Development and a Masters in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.

Kevin Davis, a registered architect with over 20 years experience and a key member of the Paramount team, is recognized as one of the leading architects in the D.C. area. He has completed many multi-million dollar luxury custom home projects, as well as large additions and major renovations to homes and residences in the District of Columbia, Montgomery County, Maryland and Northern Virginia.
