R&D Manager Frank is responsible for new product development and has worked with the company since October 2013. Frank has broad experience managing product development and improvement in diverse manufacturing environments, practiced in the design and development of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and hydraulic products. His most important value is a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering the best possible products. He comes to Paramount with several years of experience with a large swimming pool equipment manufacturer.

Paramount Pool & Spa Systems was founded in 1964 by George Ghiz. Having been in the pool business since 1958, George decided it was time to start a company that was solely for the purposes of research and development, manufacturing and distribution of state-of-the-art pool products. Paramount Pool & Spa Systems has become one of the world's leading in-floor manufacturers. Lewis "Buzz" Ghiz continues to promote Paramount Pool & Spa Systems with the same philosophies of service, quality and value that proved to be so successful with the Paddock Pool organization.

General Manager Lou has been the general manager since the summer of 1998. Lou has worked with Buzz both as a Paddock staff member and a paramount Staff member since 1990. Lou's experience in the pool business spans over 33 years. Lou has worked in all facets of the industry including manufacturing service distribution, construction and in retail - both in sales and operations.

Paramount Pool & Spa Systems was founded in 1964 to research, develop and distribute pool and spa related products with an emphasis on automatic cleaning. Paramount has been a leader of in-floor technology for more than 30 years, when the company applied for its first in-floor cleaning patent in 1967.
