Description
Park Range has been installing helical piers, micropiles and resistance piers for over 25 years. Galvanized helical piers, micropiles and galvanized steel resistance piers provide an alternative to concrete caissons for foundation support. They support foundations for new structures, prevent settlement, stabilize existing foundations and restore settled structures, closing structural defects like cracks caused by the settling or heaving soils. Park Range has a complete inventory of equipment and material for pier and pile installation.

We have been installing resistance piers / push piers, helical piers / piles / anchors and micropiles for over 25 years.
Resistance piers / push piles are an excellent choice for underpinning and shoring existing structures. Galvanized steel resistance piers are hydraulically installed to support or re-level existing foundations. The piers are filled with grout and threaded bar and are installed vertically and adjacent to the foundation walls. The underpinning bracket is attached to the existing foundation for stabilization or re-leveling. These end-bearing piers are also ideal for shoring when excavating next to or near existing foundations.
Underpinning is the process used to stabilize and strengthen a foundation of an existing structure. This is ideal when the original foundation is not stable or not strong enough to support the building, the use of the structure has changed requiring additional support, the soil under the foundation is not supporting the building the way it should (subsidence or perhaps mischaracterization when the structure and site were designed), nearby construction requires soil excavation or it is more economical to restore the present foundation than to build on a new one.
