Tiffany Raspberry, Partner Ms. Raspberry has experience developing and executing lobbying strategies for a range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, labor unions, social service agencies, advocacy groups and educational and cultural institutions. She has also secured millions of dollars in expense and capital funding from the New York City Council for clients. She is a former policy analyst for the New York City Council Education Committee and was chief of staff to New York City Council Member Domenic M. Recchia, Jr. As chief of staff, Ms. Raspberry managed the operations of the Brooklyn and City Hall offices, advised on all policy issues, coordinated the distribution of discretionary funding and managed constituent outreach. Ms. Raspberry also has experience representing clients in the New York State Assembly, Senate and Executive Offices and building community coalitions for clients. She began her career as a legislative assistant and scheduler to U.S. Representative Joseph Crowley, where she handled appropriations projects, served as member’s liaison to the Children’s Caucus and the Education Caucus and developed and coordinated constituent outreach programs.
