Description

Bill started his full time real estate career in real estate in 1983 with a prestigious firm in Accomac, and became a broker in 1987, founding Parr properties in 1989. His passion for working with big farms and estates has resulted in some of the largest land sales in the region, as well as a significant number of which became important conservation holdings. These include adding over 800 acres to the National Wildlife Refuge System, and the original land sale for the establishment of Kiptopeke Beach State Park in 1992.

Max began his career in real estate in 2008 after developing considerable skills working with unimproved land and doing general property research. After a few years in the business, Max moved into our customer relations department to deploy his unique business style of customer relations management. In 2011 he received the prestigious GRR designation from the National Association after some very intensive studies in GRR. In fact, he does a lot of GRRING here in the office. He was promoted to Vice President in 2012 for really knowing how to get close to our customers.
