The FCC’s ruling of 21 December 2010 sets out its suggested principles of how to preserve “internet freedom and openness.” It mirrors PARTNER’S own Net Reality manifesto that is based on our years of experience of working with service providers, and our understanding of the services that customers should be entitled to. Below are the five main principles on which we believe the Net Neutrality solution should be based.
