BARBARA T. DOLL, MSW, LISW is a graduate of the College of Mount Saint Joseph on the Ohio and received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. She is a therapist with over twenty five years of experience working with couples and individuals. Barbara has been mediating for fourteen years and is experienced in employment, family and civil mediation.

We are a professional, private mediation practice with offices in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We are dedicated to helping people in conflict make informed decisions through Mediation. Because no two situations are identical, we assess each situation and choose the model of mediation best suited to the clients' needs. We empower our clients to discover the best solution to their unique problem.

Partners In Mediation, Inc. has extensive experience in small and large group facilitation. We are available to design the type of facilitation that will be productive and appropriate for your group.

Our mediation training facilities are located in Ohio and Kentucky. We are also available to design trainings and workshops to meet the needs of your organization.
