Description

Pasadena Refining System, Inc., was originally acquired from Crown Central Petroleum Corporation in February of 2005 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Astra Holding USA, Inc. which in turn is a subsidiary of Compagnie Nationale a Portefeuille of Belgium. The Refinery is capable of processing 117,000 barrels per day of crude oil and feed stocks. It is located on the Houston Ship Channel near the Washburn Tunnel.
