We founded Pascarella & Wiker, LLP in early 1999 after working for more than 20 years each (over 10 years each as partners) at one of the “Big Four” CPA firms. We have a “hands-on” operating style, believing that involving highly experienced and seasoned professionals in the details of our clients’ businesses is the key to providing the highest quality service.

Prepared an expert report (with related supporting analyses), and provided related deposition testimony, in connection with damages related to the breach of a supply contract that a producer of coke had entered into with a steel producer. The matter was settled prior to trial with financial reimbursement that was satisfactory to our client and consistent with our expert opinion.

This business model does not lend itself to developing a large organization, which is consistent with our conscious decision to keep our firm small, flexible and focused. As a result, our assignments are carefully planned and tailored to each specific client situation. We will not accept work that is outside of our skill set and will attempt to provide referral alternatives in those cases where we determine we do not have the skills or experience necessary to deliver a high quality result.
