Today, Bob provides a wide array of accounting, consulting and tax services for privately-held businesses and individuals. While Bob oversees accounting and tax preparation, he also actively involves himself in the company’s financial and tax planning. He assists clients with selling and acquiring businesses and provides strategies to minimize the tax implications. When working with individuals, Bob advises his clients on income and estate taxes. He regularly works with sophisticated trusts and partnerships that are utilized for generational planning.

Our firm provides QuickBooks and write-up services to closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. We can compliment your current accounting department or you can outsource your accounting department to us. Our services include performing bank reconciliations, recording payroll transactions, reconciling accounts receivable and payable, recording depreciation transactions, and reviewing variance reports with management. We provide management with monthly or quarterly balance sheets, profit and loss, and cash flow statements.

Bob began his career as an auditor in the small business division of an international accounting firm. Bob decided to venture out on his own and shortly thereafter formed Pasquesi Sheppard with his long time colleague, Don Sheppard. Bob’s intention was to create a firm that provided both the expertise and quality of work that an international firm offered with an emphasis on providing exceptional client service. The firm has grown to include over 30 highly trained, responsive individuals.
