The combination of the upgraded computer and software and the expanded website capabilities will facilitate continuing Credit Card and EFT transactions in the safest of environments and will allow electronic invoicing and payments later in 2005. During the 2005 year the Company will invest over a $1,000,000 in additional inventory available for same day shipment to our customers. Lastly, the ongoing identification of parts that are compliant with the European Union's directive 2002/95/EC, Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) will wrap-up by the end of 2005, well ahead of the legislated deadline of 1-July-2006.
