Pathways for People, Inc.â??s mission is to provide the highest quality of person centered services to individuals with disabilities within their chosen environment. Our agency prides itself on working in collaboration with clients, families, and other human service agencies, utilizing a team approach.

Michele Sullivan was born and raised in Endicott NY. Michele Graduated from SUNY Brockport in Rochester NY where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in the Social Work program. She moved to Orlando FL in 2004 where she worked as a Day Treatment Counselor at a mental health center serving individuals with mental illness. In 2007, Michele moved to Clayton, NC to begin her career as a clinical supervisor for an agency serving individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. There, she was responsible for supervising 2 ICF/MR group homes. After less than a year of service, Michele took on the responsibility of Operations Manager, as well as maintaining her duties as QP. In 2009, Michele became a Team Leader for an agency providing Community Support Services to individuals with mental illness.

Larry attended North Carolina Central University, graduating with a degree in Recreation Therapy. His work experiences during this time include a recreational therapy practicum at Life Skills center working with adults with developmental disabilities, an internship at the Volunteer Center of Greater Durham working with at risk youths and providing respite to the elderly.
