The company's Division Manager for the Charleston Area is Steve Davis. Steve has an in-depth knowledge of Operations Management with extensive experience in the areas of Project, and Production Management, Account Management and Team Management. With over fourteen years experience in management level positions, such as General Manager, Director of Operations, and Development, and Systems Administrator, Steve is an expert in the areas of customer relations and quality control. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communications from West Virginia University.

Patton Building Services, Inc. is headed by its founder and President, Mark W. Patton. Mr. Patton founded Patton Building Services, Inc. in 1981. Under his leadership, the company has experienced continued and steady growth every year since its inception. Mr. Patton takes an active role in ensuring that superior customer service is maintained through positive oversight of the company’s operations, quality control initiatives, human resource initiatives, and finances. Mr. Patton currently employs over 300 employees.

Begin October 2011, Patton Building Services is proud to add Maintenance to the list of services we provide. We can service any location in West Virginia as well as neighboring areas of Pennsylvania and Ohio. Our skilled maintenance workers offer a full line of plumbing services and can perform light electrical work, carpentry, concrete installation and repair, signage installation and removal, and landscapeing as well as several additional services. We can also complete a maintenance inspection to help identify your maintenance needs.

We provide our employees a thorough orientation and training program using interactive videos, and continued on-site and classroom training.
