Patty Cakes is a well established company with 30 years experience specializing in Wedding Cakes in the St. Louis Metro East area. Due to our unique personal and professional touch, our cakes are widely recognized as edible masterpieces! All cakes are baked fresh using only the finest ingredients. We specialize in custom designing from the simplest small cake to the highly elegant wedding cakes. No order is too small or too large. We keep up on the latest trends by attending classes, seminars and conventions every year. We are members of ICES, a worldwide cake decorator’s organization. We have been trained by two of the most famous sugar artists of our time, Nicholas Lodge, and Colette Peters. Although very different in their teaching styles and cake designs, both are known world wide and frequently on the “Food Network” channel. You decide! You’ve waited a long time for this day to come… you deserve the best. Do you want an “assembly line” cake, or a cake that will reflect your taste and style! If it is a wedding cake that you are looking for, we have a large showroom. There are approximately 40-50 life-size displays for you to view along with hundreds of photos to choose from. We will sit down with you while you sample flavors of cake and fillings, and help you design the cake of your dreams! Looking for an all occasion cake? We can help there too. In the showroom, we have several examples of our work to see, or browse our photo albums with over 300 pictures. Better yet, why not design it yourself, and let us create it for you! Although our kitchen is not at “home” you sill get that “home-made” taste. We keep our kitchen immaculate and normally receive a 100% score from the County Health Department.
