Paul/Jay was hired by the Wheeling National Heritage Area to design and develop their website. Paul/Jay utilized imagery from the Wheeling National Heritage Area to design the site. Wheeling National Heritage Area needed this site to promote the city of Wheeling, West Virginia. To see more visit: www.wheelingheritage.com Paul/Jay designed and developed the Artisan Center's website in Wheeling, West Virginia to promote the center's community events, ethnic festivals, artisan shows, and catered events. To see more visit: www.artisancenter.com Wheeling's paved trail system, which is the region's largest and West Virginia's largest urban system, has 24 miles already constructed for walkers, joggers, cyclists and roller bladers. Additional miles are funded and in design stages. The new site now includes an online store to sell products online. The new homepage needed to more accessible for students and future students.
