It's natural to feel anger well up inside of you and questions race through your mind about how you could have lived differently to prevent this horrible thing. We would like to offer you the assurance that comes from years of experience in working with those who have suffered in much the same way.

The laboratory at Pauls Valley General Hospital also provides urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections for many area companies. These include pre-employment, post accident, reasonable suspicion, and random. The lab is available Monday through Friday 8am–4:30 pm for routine collections. We provide both D.O.T. and non-D.O.T. collections and all of our collectors are D.O.T. certified. In 1898 Newton Harvey Lindsey, M.D., F.A.C.S ., began a medical/surgical practice in the Garvin County area around Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. He was one of the first members of the American College of Surgeons of Oklahoma and practice medicine until 1934. In 1930 his son Ray Harvey Lindsey, M.D., F.A.C.S . returned home from medical school to establish his medical/surgical practice in Pauls Valley which lasted until 1973.

For Treatment . We use health information about you to provide your health care. We disclose health information to our employees and others who are involved in providing the care you need. For example, we may share your health information with other physicians or other healthcare providers who will provide services which we do not provide. We may share your health information with a pharmacist who needs it to dispense a prescription to you or a laboratory that performs a test.
