Founded in 1896, Pavarini Construction Co. maintains offices today in Stamford and Hartford, CT. In the 1990s Pavarini became a member of the Structure Tone organization, further enhancing the organization’s capabilities as a full-service construction services provider. Pavarini offers a complete scope of services ranging from site selection analysis to design constructability review, from corporate interior fit-out to new out-of-the-ground construction, and from aesthetic enhancements to major building infrastructure upgrades and modernization.

Our Special Projects Division was established to ensure that the hands-on management and personalized service that is synonymous with Structure Tone is provided to our clients with projects of a smaller scale, typically ranging from 1,000–20,000sf.
