With over 38 years of combined experience in the industrial manufacturing sector, Leon brings a wealth of knowledge on how to tackle any problem, big or small. He spent 25 years with General Motors (left in 1993 as Manufacturing Manager of Saturn Corporation) and fourteen years with Wilsonart International, building and acquiring operations around the globe as Senior Vice President of World Wide Operations. He brings the leadership and know-how to continue to take Pavecoat to the next level.

Parking lot construction, re-paving, seal coating and line striping are all services regularly performed by Pavecoat in the commercial sector. Restaurants, churches, shopping centers, storage facilities, office buildings, public parking, you name it and we've paved it! We specialize in offering our expert and honest opinions of these lots, and the most economical means to protect your existing investment going forward. Bringing current lots into ADA compliance with proper signage, layout, and grade is also a big part of what we do.

With forty plus years of civil contracting experience in all phases, Rod oversees all of Pavecoat's field operations with the trained eye that gives us a distinct advantage over the competition. Rod is heavily involved in project estimating, but never strays too far from the action, as one of the most skilled equipment operators in the area.
