With over thirty years of experience in design and construction, Damian Ogas is responsible for plumbing systems design, quality assurance and quality checks. He has designed a comprehensive range of plumbing systems for institutional, educational, commercial, healthcare, government (federal and state), military, aviation, and municipal facilities. Additionally, Damian researches the application of building, plumbing and fire protection codes to develop design criteria, scope and construction documentation; as well as project management and coordination of all plumbing projects.

A seasoned mechanical engineer with fifteen years of experience, David Ng has a broad range of experience in HVAC systems. His expertise includes commissioning tests for new buildings, including the installation of measuring equipment, field data collection, trend data analysis, and the development of energy study models to predict a building’s annual cooling load, heating load and energy consumption. In addition, Mr.

Eric Harley is a veteran of plumbing design with thirty-three years of experience in engineering for major projects in Southern California. In addition to his plumbing design expertise for almost any application, Mr. Harley has managed multi-million dollar projects requiring skill in master planning and cost control, as well as intricate plumbing systems coordination across disciplines from design to construction. Mr. Harley is responsible for plumbing systems design and testing, water and utility waste prevention, as well as energy management.

As principal-in-charge of many key projects, Kunal Shah has over thirteen (13) years of experience in all aspects of electrical engineering design and project management for aviation, education, healthcare, government and commercial facilities, including major State and Federal Funded Modernization projects and many complex projects for LAX and Los Angeles World Airports.
