Description

Roger is a CPA with more than a dozen years of experience in financial management. In addition to the financial services sector, he has worked with distribution and nonprofit organizations. He has been with Peace Village since 2009. Roger has a degree in accounting from Dordt College. He lives in Orland Hills with his wife and two boys.

Mary Lee has successfully worked for over 25 years in food service management. The last 10 years have been in senior living. Mary Lee joined Peace Village in November 2013. She has a bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition and dietetics and business administration. She is a Certified Dietary Manager and is certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health in sanitation. Mary Lee believes food is a huge part of our lives both nutritionally and socially. She is familiar with all dietary needs and works with residents as needed. Mary Lee and her team work to provide fine dining with quality food and exceptional customer service.

Tim joined the Peace Village team in 2010. He spent more than 15 years in different aspects of the building and trades field, including Operations Manager for an independent contracting company. Tim has extensive experience in both project management and hands-on operations. He is always looking for innovative ways to enhance the lifestyles and surroundings for our residents and staff. As Facilities Director, he oversees the maintenance, housekeeping, security and landscaping departments, along with the management of all subcontract work. Tim resides in Tinley Park with his wife and three children.

Nancy joined the team at Peace Village in 2012. She has more than 15 years of experience in real estate, and loves helping others realize the dream of finding their perfect home. Growing up in Palos Park, Nancy saw the birth of Peace Village, and has watched it grow and flourish over the years. In her role as the Director of Sales and Marketing, Nancy continues to fulfill her passion for helping new residents find their perfect home at Peace Village. Nancy is married with two grown children and resides in Orland Park.

For nearly 25 years, Peace Village has been serving the needs of seniors by providing quality, caring services through our senior living programs. As a faith-based nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, Peace Village provides both independent living and assisted living to nearly 300 residents. Much has changed in 25 years, but what hasn't changed is the level of caring and quality services provided by this ministry.
