Brad Pearce is an experienced bankruptcy and commercial litigation lawyer. He is admitted to the bars of the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Eighth, and Eleventh Circuits, and all federal and state courts in North Carolina.

Brad is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.

Brad is an author for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s VOLO service.

Brad graduated, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, Class of 1991. Before going to law school, Brad was an officer in the United States Navy, serving three years on a nuclear fast attack submarine. During those three years, Brad earned his Dolphins, the Order of Magellan (for circumnavigating the globe), the Order of the Ditch (for transiting the Panama Canal), and became a Golden Dragon (for crossing the International Date Line on a warship), a Shellback (for crossing the equator on a warship), and a Blue Nose (for going north of the Arctic Circle).
