Through its affiliated construction company, JAZ Construction, Inc. (JAZ), all construction projects for Pearl’s portfolio are managed in house. Whether ground up development, gut rehabilitation or capital improvement in nature, JAZ has deep experience in all facets of construction. JAZ has both experienced project management personnel, as well as architectural skilled team members capable of developing detailed construction plans and construction cost analysis.

The firm’s day-to-day management responsibilities are overseen by James R. Pearlstein and Reed J. Slogoff, each of whom was born, raised and educated in Philadelphia. Over the past fifteen years, together, they have completed nearly 100 developments.
