Dr. Larson has 35 years of international experience in exploration, development, and mining, and has worked with both major international companies and junior explorers, as well as with government geological surveys, including 16 years with BHP and BHP Billiton in various international locations, holding positions as Manager, North America Copper Exploration; Manager, Global Porphyry Copper Exploration; and Manager, Latin America Exploration. Mr. Larson holds advanced degrees in geology and chemistry from the University of Western Ontario (M.Sc.) and the Colorado School of Mines (Ph.D.).
NGE is an exploration company focused on gold in Nevada. NGE is led by an experienced management team that has been involved with the discovery of more than 30 million ounces of gold in Nevada.
Mr. Driver is a Vancouver based chartered accountant and was founding partner in the firm of Driver Anderson since its inception in 1981. He is currently a partner with Davidson and Company LLP after merging with them in 2002. While providing general public accounting services to a wide range of clients, Mr. Driver specializes in servicing TSX Venture Exchange listed companies and members of the brokerage community. His wide knowledge of the securities industry and its rules enable him to give valuable advice to clients within the industry with respect to finance, taxation and other accounting related matters. Mr. Driver currently serves as director and/or Chief Financial Officer of several TSX Venture Exchange companies.
Mr. Hodges is a former director and the former Vice President for Exploration for Battle Mountain Gold Exploration Corp. (OTC-BB: BMGX). He has over 30 years experience in field exploration, including 13 years as Exploration Geologist and Sr. Exploration Manager of Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corporation (now Newmont Mining Corporation - NYSE: NEM). Mr. Hodges has had extensive involvement in the initial discovery and pre-mine development of nine gold mines in the western US, totaling over 30 million ounces of gold.
