We manage the design and development process of capital projects for you, the Owner, keeping the entire project team focused on your goals, ensuring the project is completed on-budget and on-time. We are well versed in every area of construction and can offer creative solutions to solve problems. We provide overall coordination of the project team, explore all options, distill information and provide you a clearly defined course of action.

PEGASUS GROUP was founded in 2001 and is led by two principals, Pamela Beader and Eric Kruse. Our team of seasoned professionals, provide Owner's Representative Services to organizations across the country, exclusively working and representing the owners and their interests in the project delivery process. This is a conscious business decision which enables us to have no inherent conflict of interest that other firms may have who offer owner representation as an “additional service.” Simply put, we are an extension of the owner's own resources.

With more than twenty years of experience in design, construction, project management, and facilities operations, Pam Beader has a proven track record of success with the planning and management of capital improvement projects. She brings a unique combination of managerial skills and first-hand technical experience to every project.
