We have been privileged to provide services for CSRM on several occasions. Our most recent project for CSRM features a 19,000 SF tilt-up locker room addition.

Pence/Kelly’s relationship with Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette began in 1994 with the construction of the new 60,000 sf headquarters in Portland, Oregon. Pence/Kelly has since built nine new Goodwill retail/training centers and renovated 12 additional stores throughout Oregon and Washington. Tilt-up construction and steel joist wood deck composite system roof are included in the construction features.

Pence/Kelly supports our clients from project inception all the way through the completion of structural work. We are able to provide early budget pricing and value engineering ideas prior to finalizing the construction documents. Our superintendents are highly skilled in scheduling and reducing the risk of project interruptions.

Yamasa Corporation, the world’s second-largest producer of soy sauce, built an additional factory in Salem, Oregon. The 65,000 square foot facility includes brewing area, wheat processing rooms and the pasteurizing and bottling space. Pence/Kelly was the concrete subcontractor for James N. Gray Construction. The concrete contract totaled at $1.3M.
