Description

The Pendleton County Economic & Community Development Authority was established in March of 1990 by a resolution from the Pendleton County Commission. The Board is bound to rules set forth from the WV State Code: 7-12. Currently, the Board consists of members from around the community and from an array of industries and organizations.

The Pendleton County Economic & Community Development Authority has three established locations that are ready to accommodate your business needs. Public water and sewer and 3-phase electrical service are present at each site. We can accommodate any type of business at these locations and will custom build to meet your needs.
