Sheri joined Penna Appraisals as a licensed residential appraiser in 2003. Prior to becoming an appraiser she was a mortgage broker for over 13 years assisting homeowners with financing. Over the years Sheri has proudly created thousands of appraisal reports and is experienced in both residential and commercial properties.
