Wayne Morgan P.E. - Engineering Manager Wayne's portfolio of work includes leading a team of professionals in the development of innovative programs, instrumentation and metering automation resulting in cost savings for treatment and distribution systems throughout the region. His 35 years of direct engineering experience in consulting and water utilities also includes environmental, civil, structural and electrical and mechanical.

Project consisted of 100,475 lf of water main lines with valves, hydrants, and meters; a 100,000 gallon water storage tank, and water plant improvements to provide service to approximately 206 households.
