Barbara received her Bachelor’s Degree in Language & Linguistics from Florida Atlantic University and received her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. She was certified Senior Professional in Human Resources in 2002. This is the highest credential obtainable in the human resources profession. She has been in the HR field for over 30 years.

Yvonne provides all phases of bookkeeping, for our clients. She brings experience from many areas, such as banking, finance, and real estate to name a few. During her employment at one of her former employers, she successfully completed an SEC Audit. She enjoys working with clients and is happy to provide them with superior customer service.

John Michael Richardson Jewelry New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; London, UK; Cebu, Philippines Vice President Operations and Administration (01/85 – 05/91) Established a multimillion-dollar fashion accessory manufacturer/wholesaler. Company was headquartered in New York and later moved to San Francisco. In addition a distribution company in London, England and a manufacturing plant in the Philippines were established.

Each pay period, our clients call, email or fax us the hours worked and any adjustments to the payroll. We do the rest. We process payroll, pay the payroll taxes, deliver the paychecks/direct deposit vouchers, file all required filings, provide various management reports and payroll registers. Payment to us is made via ACH on the date of the payroll. In addition, we administer all benefits. This includes coordination of new and/or open enrollment periods, handling all new hires, changes and terminations, administering COBRA, reconciling monthly premium statements and paying monthly premiums.
