With more than thirty-five years of experience in the area of domestic and international corporate communications, to the Fortune 1000, Mark Cohen’s experience is extensive in all types of product offerings within the marketing services arena, including: performance improvement programs, strategic planning, production of large scale meetings and events, product launches, video and digital media production, point of sale materials and exhibit software.

He was also Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the publicly held Communication Group of Caribiner International, at the time, the largest, worldwide producer of meetings and events for Fortune 1000 companies, from November 1993 until August 1999. At Caribiner, he played an integral role in that company's IPO, in 1996; and the overall revenue and profit growth of the Communications Group…taking that Group from $50 million in 1993 to $270 million at the close of fiscal 1999.

Mr. Cohen, personally operates, PerformanceStream, and has been an international consultant assisting new and emerging companies with their business structure, strategic planning, leadership enhancement of executives, e-commerce marketing and key account development; as well as, continuing his endeavors with specific clients as an executive producer of large scale events and seminars.
