NASSCO, the National Association of Sewer Service Companies, is committed to standardized procedures to ensure that each and every rehabilitation project is a success. One of the most important initiatives in reaching this goal is the Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) and the Manhole Assessment and Certification Program (MACP). PACP is the North American standard for sewer defect identification and assessment. MACP is geared toward the identification of manhole defects based on common language format developed for PACP. Providing standardization and consistency to the methods in which sewer pipe conditions are evaluated and TV inspection results managed, the goal of PACP and MACP is to create comprehensive data to properly prioritize, plan, and renovate wastewater collection systems. Performance Plus Plumbing is PACP and MACP certified and works closely with contractors, municipalities, utilities and other industries in the Northern California area in achieving its goals of pipeline assessment. Performance Plus Plumbing’s offers our own specially custom-built state of the art television inspection equipment for internal inspection of sewer, gas and water pipelines that meet the demanding performance and durability requirements of our customers’ pipelines.
