Performance Plus Quick Lube is dedicated to meeting all of your vehicle’s oil change and preventative maintenance needs.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an oil change center including; Hiring, recruiting, training, employee evaluations, scheduling, delegating tasks daily, demonstrating strong work ethic and leading by example, providing excellent customer service, performing vehicle maintenance, inventory control and store audits, product display, daily paperwork, promoting safety and cleanliness, basic facility maintenance, general shop duties, enforcing policies and procedures, solving problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and leading a team of three to eight employees to accomplish goals.
