Founding member. Jack Schuiteman, is really a "man of the people". As the on-site technical advisor, he is responsible for training and trouble shooting. His in-depth knowledge and experience in production make him an ideal leader. Whether dealing with a corporate executive or the guy on the production line, Jack is able to communicate important details with the greatest of ease. This two-way communication smoothly coordinates the various facets of production. Jack has been involved in the Kraft industry for over 30 years.

Our customers have come to us over the years from a myriad of industries - most notably the Kraft paper industry - seeking better performance solutions. Every one of them, though unique in their manufacturing processes shares in a common problem...controlling foam. Because of our dedication to fulfilling our customer's needs, we were there first to formulate an innovative oil-based amide free defoamer. Our proprietary chemical formulations are not just environmentally friendly, they're unique to the industry.

Founding member Robert Scobell is a dedicated chemist and technical advisor that excels in the challenge his work provides. Formulating defoamers for over 25 years, Bob's skills have continually been refined in response to the needs of the Kraft Industry. Analyzing a situation and satisfying specific criteria require creative solutions. Bob's creativity enables Performance Process Inc. to meet the customers' strict specifications to formulate peak performing defoamers on whom they can rely for consistency and dependability.
