Since August of 2000, Performance Property Management has provided investors of residential properties with the highest quality service. Our business has consistently grown since our inception. Our primary source of growth comes from client and professional referrals. These referrals reflect our years of integrity and hard work. About Our Staff... Leila A. Lujan, President/Broker/General Manager - Leila formed Performance Property Management in August of 2000. She has been in the property management and real estate field since 1986 and applies her years of experience each day at work. A residential property investor herself, she understands the challenge of achieving maximum cash flow without sacrificing the quality and care of the property. Leila is the primary contact for client services and is a real estate broker licensed by the State of California. E-Mail Leila CJ LeLievre, Property Manager / Leasing Agent - CJ has been with Performance Property Management since September of 2001. CJ handles the day to day supervision and leasing of our inventory of properties. CJ is a real estate agent licensed by the State of California. E-Mail CJ Greg Dixon, Office Manager / Controller - Greg joined our office in May of 2005 as a temporary hire. However, he earned a regular position shortly after his temp period expired. Greg has been in the general accounting profession since 1993 and is responsible for the financial (trust) accounting of our clients. E-Mail Greg Hope Hernandez-Costales, Receptionist / Resident Services - Hope joined our team in September of 2006.
