Since 1979 I have been privileged to live and work in one of the most beautiful areas of the United States, the Monterey Peninsula, with its charming seaside towns such as Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Aptos Capitola, Seaside and Santa Cruz. I am experienced and knowledgeable about all the coastal areas along the Monterey Bay Sanctuary's more than 100 miles of scenic shoreline, including the nearby golf courses, forested areas, schools, and cultural events. These lovely communities feature homes by the seashore for retirees and young families, providing a wonderful quality of life. Although I do not provide property management or vacation rental services, second homes and vacation rentals make excellent income investments. Referrals account for much of my business. I have an excellent rapport and a good working relationship with Realtors from other areas.
